Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on solar PV systems.
• Install, commission, and maintain solar PV systems, including panels, inverters, batteries, and mounting structures.
• Conduct system performance testing to ensure efficiency and proper operation.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, ensuring timely resolution.
• Prepare accurate service reports and technical documentation.
• Provide clear explanations to clients regarding system operation, maintenance, and safety.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures during all operations.

Requirements

• Technical Baccalaureate in Electronics, Electrical Installations, or a related field

• 3–5 years of experience in solar PV systems installation and maintenance

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of solar PV systems and electrical components
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
• Good communication skills with clients and team members

Additional Requirements:

• Must have a valid driving license and own a car
• Willingness to drive company vehicles and travel to sites
