Key Responsibilities:

• Deploy, configure, and maintain virtual machines, storage, networking components, and cloud services.
• Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure solutions.
• Manage identity and access controls, including IAM, roles, and security policies.
• Perform system upgrades, patching, configuration changes, and security hardening activities.
• Monitor infrastructure performance and conduct regular service health checks.
• Troubleshoot technical incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Support and manage Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) environments.
• Work with hyper-converged infrastructure solutions and related technologies.
• Manage backup solutions, disaster recovery processes, and ensure data protection.
• Maintain accurate documentation of systems, configurations, procedures, and operational activities.
• Ensure compliance with security policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Work with IT Service Management (ITSM) solutions to manage incidents, requests, and changes.
• Fulfill technical requests from clients and provide timely support.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth infrastructure operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, identity management, networking, storage, and security concepts.
• Experience with backup, disaster recovery, and ITSM solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good documentation and communication skills.
